Hi, I’m Pedro!
I was born on a cool October night in 2002 in Minas Gerais, Brazil, where the smell of fresh coffee is a holy wake-up call and pão de queijo is basically a love letter in food form. I didn’t stay there long, though, my life’s a scrapbook of places: Brasília’s architectural beat shaped my early years, New York’s raw energy put me through the wringer, and now I’m in Porto Alegre, figuring out how to outsmart the rain and fire up the grill. I’m a slice of Minas’ warm heart, Brasília’s bold vision, and NY’s fearless spark, all wrapped up in a southern Brazilian flair.
Music’s my fuel. I’ve got headphones glued to my ears all day, jumping from funky Brazilian rhythms to some underground gem I fished out online. Lately, I’ve been turning my living room into a DJ playground, messing with beats and bass. I’m not a pro yet, sometimes my mixes stumble, but when my friends start grooving, that’s my win. It’s not just a hobby, it’s how I breathe.
I’m wrapping up a bachelor's degree in Advertising and Propaganda at ESPM, this amazing school in Brazil buzzing with creativity and hustle. I picked it because I’ve always been hooked on how brands tell their stories, through strategy, production, events, the whole wild ride. When I was a kid, I was dead-set on being a communicator. First came the YouTuber dreams (peak Gen Z, right?), then I flirted with journalism, but advertising grabbed me tight. It’s where I mix crazy ideas with real punch. I’m nuts about brands with soul, ones I’d fight for, believe in with everything I’ve got. Right now, I’m a production exec at a Brazilian ad agency, juggling campaigns that light up the globe, from Latin America to Egypt, Japan, Australia, and New Zealand. It’s a nonstop grind, syncing calls between breakfasts and midnight snacks, but when a project hits live halfway across the world and I know I helped make it happen? That’s the high I live for.
Away from the work rush, I’m pretty laid-back, I like doing things at my own pace. I love cooking for my friends, not just food but whole experiences. Picture me stirring a feijoada that fills the house with homey vibes or trying to whip up Minas-style pão de queijo with whatever I can find down south, the air buzzing with stories and the clink of glasses. It’s my trick for turning a random Tuesday night into a feast full of laughs. Then there’s Baltasar, my dog, my ride-or-die since I was 11. He’s old now, with gray fur and eyes that’ve seen it all, and my best moments are with him, tossing a toy he lazily snags or just rubbing his belly while we chill. He’s my anchor. I’ve got other obsessions too: chaotic reality shows where the drama’s pure gold, and digging up new artists on YouTube and Apple Music. I’ve got a nose for the next big thing, Doechii was on my radar before the hype, my playlists are my “told you so” badge.
I’ve lived a few lives already. Brasília built my foundation, New York sharpened my edge, and Porto Alegre’s teaching me to grow and chase what I grind for. In 2024, I dove into the Paris Olympics with the production crew, a whirlwind of adrenaline where I held an Olympic medal, a solid chunk of triumph heavy with the dreams behind it. I’m already eyeing the next one, maybe Milan 2026 or LA 2028. Those chapters don’t just mark time, they shape me.
Today, I’m a storm of creation and connection. I’m dreaming of a future where I explore the whole world, co-crafting campaigns that shake things up, tweaking beats that thump through walls, or ruling the kitchen like a culinary boss. Baltasar’s my shadow, my reality show binges are my crown, and I’ve got stories for days, like pulling off an event in under a week or saving a Mexico job as dawn broke. I don’t just roll with chaos, I steer it.
