Paris 2024 – Olympic & Paralympic Games Production

For 35 intense days during the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games, I worked across two critical areas of event production: Protocol and Events & Services.

As part of the Protocol team, I was responsible for executing official Olympic procedures, from medal ceremonies to managing dedicated spaces for athletes and their families, such as the Family Olympic Area. Simultaneously, I supported the Events & Services team, helping ensure the successful operation of competitions in volleyball, handball, table tennis, and powerlifting arenas.

Even as a volunteer, I took on high-responsibility roles with direct impact on audience experience and international delegation logistics. This project strengthened my ability to deliver under pressure in complex, multicultural environments, showcasing precision, adaptability, and leadership in one of the world’s most iconic sporting events.

Eí 99 Moto – TikTok Campaign for 99Moto in São Paulo

As part of the launch campaign for 99Moto in São Paulo, I led the production of a high-impact TikTok video. The concept was built around an adapted version of the popular funk track “Ei Moto Táxi” by MC Monik do Pix, rebranded as “Eí 99 Moto”, aligning perfectly with the brand’s messaging and audience.

With an extremely tight production timeline, the team and I worked through the holiday to deliver a high-quality, engaging campaign under urgency. The results speak for themselves:

✅ Over 4.7 million organic views on TikTok;

200+ creators joined the dance challenge inspired by the brand’s customized track.

This project showcases my ability to execute high-impact digital campaigns, leveraging viral trends and influencer engagement to drive organic reach and audience interaction.

DiDi Global – Image Bank for Latin America & Brazil

I led the production of a image bank for DiDi Global and its Brazilian subsidiary, 99 App, designed to serve more than 10 countries across Latin America. This collection was developed to support the brand’s communications across multiple platforms, ranging from social media and in-app content to offline marketing materials.

The challenge? Crafting over 50 unique scenarios, each with variations in color schemes, models, and props, covering a diverse range of settings:

🚗 Outdoor & indoor locations;

🏍️ Car & motorcycle shoots;

🎥 Studio productions;

📍 Strategic urban locations.

With a need for both versatility and brands alignment, the final result was an extensive bank of over 400 high-quality images, ensuring that DiDi and 99 App had rich, localized, and adaptable visual assets to connect with audiences across multiple markets.

Brahma Duplo Malte  Passarela da Dupla in Porto Alegre

Working as an Assistant Producer on the “Passarela da Dupla” was an unforgettable journey. It demanded many sleepless nights, genuine collaboration, and a shared passion for elevating local football culture. Our goal was to celebrate Brahma’s new Duplo Malte combinations by transforming Porto Alegre’s Avenida Goethe into a living tribute to Grêmio and Internacional, two rival clubs that rarely see eye to eye.

I found myself on-site into the early hours, helping coordinate supply runs, solving last-minute logistics, and ensuring every creative detail stayed true to the original vision. Watching the murals take shape under the glow of streetlights, layer by layer, reminded me just how powerful art can be when it’s deeply connected to local identity.

Key Achievements:

📹 196 Pieces of Content  Spanning Instagram, YouTube, and live broadcasts

📢 1.4 Million in Reach  Demonstrating widespread enthusiasm for bridging rival clubs through art

💬 57,000+ Engagements  Fans, influencers, and even casual onlookers joined the conversation

📰 12 Press Features  Major coverage across regional and national outlets

💸 R$94,000 in spontaneous media coverage, proving a well-executed concept can go far beyond its initial audience

Ultimately, Passarela da Dupla stands as a powerful example of how creativity and community can blend to unite even the fiercest of rivals. The project taught me that when passion, perseverance, and a touch of artistry come together, a simple overpass can become a lasting cultural landmark.
